Phenix Capital is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to strengthen its team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understand market and company value proposition and translate this into creative and effective marketing and communication strategies

  • Implement and execute marketing and communication strategies

  • Leverage strategic, creative, and operational resources (internal and external), to strengthen the brand awareness, audience engagement and business growth

  • Coordinate and work closely- with the Event Manager and the Communications Advisor

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website that attracts the company target groups

  • Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

The ideal candidate will have

  • 2 years+ digital and B2B marketing experience in a similar role

  • English native level proficiency

  • Master Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

  • Connection with vision and mission, experience in the Asset Management industry is an advantage

  • Energy to thrive in a dynamic, innovative and quickly growing company

  • Creativity to disrupt target groups positively

  • Experience in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns across channels that engage, educate and empower

  • Experience in promoting events

  • Strong experience with the entire marketing mix, including digital, social, CRM, email and content

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Impeccable organizational skills, able to run multiple projects simultaneously with multiple teams

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

  • Commitment to serving society’s needs - Ethical behavior and a high level of personal integrity

It is a part-time position (approx. 24 hours per week) and is based in Amsterdam. Hourly fee of Euro 15.
